What is My FitFix®

My FitFix® is a monthly subscription box filled with premium fitness apparel exclusively for women. It is the perfect way to treat yourself each month to new clothes, keeping you kitted out with the latest apparel on the market.

How does it work?

Choose your subscription package and tell us your preferred sizes and we will ship your box on the next shipment date (between the 1st and the 4th every month). This is an ongoing monthly subscription that you can skip, or cancel, at any time.  

How Does Billing Work?

Your first payment will be taken on the day you subscribe. As of the following month you will be billed on the 11th of every month for the next box being shipped. We aim to ship between the 1st and the 4th of every month.

When is the monthly order deadline?

You have until the last day of the month to subscribe and receive the following month’s box (shipped between the 1st and the 4th). If you purchase after the last day of the month, you will receive the following months box. If you want to discuss this in more detail please send us an email at support@my-fitfix.com

When will I receive my first box?

We ship all subscriptions between 1st and the 4th. If you purchased between the 1st and the 4th of the month, your first box will be shipped the following month. 

My FitFix® cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by customs during the international shipping process, however, if you do have issues we urge you to contact us in case there is something we can do. 

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Shipping to the UK is free and there is a small international shipping fee which is calculated at checkout.

Can I exchange items?

Of course! International exchanges are given on a case by case basis; if you were given the wrong size, we will happily exchange for the correct size. 

If you receive the size you requested but it doesn’t fit, we will aim to exchange for a different size if we have the item in stock. Please email us if this happens at support@my-fitfix.com 

Can I send a box as a gift?

Of course! If you wish to purchase a subscription as a gift, at the checkout select ‘Gift Box’, this subscription will still recur monthly unless your turn off the automatic renewal upon purchase. 

How can I cancel my subscription?

If you ever need to close your subscription, you may pause, or cancel, anytime by logging into your account and editing your subscription or you can email us at support@my-fitfix.com
